Degrees Offered
The Department of Modern Languages and Classics offers the following graduate programs in French:
- Master of Arts (MA) in Romance Languages
- French Concentration
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Romance Languages
- Area of study in French
- Romance Languages (Area of study in French and Spanish combined)
- Area of study in Linguistics (French or Spanish in combination with linguistics)

Accelerated Master’s Program
We also offer an accelerated master’s program for students who are interested in earning graduate credit during their undergraduate studies.
