On Friday, April 19th, the Hudson Strode Program and the Department of English put on a reading of Federico Della Valle’s La reina di Scotia (The Queen of Scots) in Dr. Battista’s recent English translation of the work. He gave a talk prior to the show with Scottish literature specialist Dr. Tricia McElroy and dramaturg Dr. Angeline Morris, from which we’ve got a couple of photos!
