Professor David Tézil has been selected to present his research at the international symposium on Language contacts and cultures in the Francophone world on March 27-28, 2023, in Montpellier, southern France.
This symposium brings together various international scholars, including experts in language contacts, creolistic, complexity of repertoires, documentation, and linguistic description.
The CoLEF symposium will focus on the lines of force of mutation of the Francophone world, which focuses on horizontality, contact, exchange, symbiosis, “Relation” and the “Tout-Monde” (in the words of Edouard Glissant), rather than on verticality and universality.
