The Tuscaloosa St. Martin’s Day celebration will take place on November 9, 2017 at Tuscaloosa Academy and will consist of a horse-led parade featuring children carrying homemade lanterns. St. Martin’s Day is a beloved festival in German-speaking countries. The University of Alabama German Program in conjunction with Tuscaloosa Academy organizes this St. Martin’s Day

The University of Alabama Languages Conference is an annual conference organized by the graduate students of The University of Alabama’s Department of Modern Languages & Classics, in collaboration with the graduate students of the Department of English and the TESOL program, as well as the College of Education.
