Credit for Prior Study of Russian

In certain circumstances a student may apply for a total of 11 hours of credit upon passing a course in Russian on this campus with a grade of C or better. Valid circumstances include taking Russian in high school, study or service abroad, or even self-study. Please note, however, that native speakers and heritage learners are excluded from this option. Native speakers and heritage learners may begin Russian at a level higher than 101 but they will not receive credit for the lower-level courses.
