Travel Arrangements
Students may choose to travel with the group or may elect to reach Florence on their own. Students wishing to fly with the group need to contact the following travel agent and make their own booking directly with

Students flying with the group will receive a complete copy of the flying itinerary and of the travel agency contact details. Students who prefer to return to the U.S. on a different date need to inform the travel agent at the time of their booking.
Registration
Because airline reservations must be secured early, those wishing to participate should turn in their applications as soon as possible.

Accommodations
The Scuola Leonardo da Vinci works together with a number of quality host families chosen for their comfortable homes, friendly disposition, central location, and excellent cuisine. Each participant will share a room with another student of the group and will have breakfast and dinner with the family.
