Our classics club derives its name from Plato’s garden near Athens where his philosophy (love of wisdom) was first shared with others. UA’s society of classics enthusiasts come together throughout the year to celebrate the sentiments of ancient western literature, history, culture, language and philosophy. We laud the intellectually engaged minds of our members and promote all endeavors to appreciate the ancient world.
Those interested in learning more or joining us are warmly welcome to attend our annual events which include several themed symposia (convivial parties for conversational, dramatic, and intellectual entertainment) throughout the year! Find us at UA’s source or on facebook.
